There was a Dog who lived near the sea-shore. He used to eat eggs.
Once he saw an Oyster and, opening his mouth to a very wide extent, swallowed it down, thought it was an egg.
Soon afterwards suffering great pain in his
stomach, he said, "I deserve all this pain,
for my foolishness in thinking that everything round
must be an egg."
Moral: They who act without
adequate thought, will often fall into
unsuspected danger.
