Following are the tips that can help you burning extra fats and effectively reducing your weight.
  1. Be relaxed while eating and do not watch TV while eating.
  2. Crank the music and get your heart rate up the next time you mop or vacuum.
  3. Eat good stomach full breakfast.
  4. Get enough 8 hours sleep.
  5. Get off the bus a few stops earlier.
  6. Get out of the office building and enjoy walking meetings.
  7. Go walking whenever you can.
  8. Have fruits at least twice a day.
  9. Hike the mall, being sure to hit all the levels.
  10. Park your car at the back of the lot.
  11. Sign up for charity walks.
  12. Sweep the drive or rake the leaves instead of using a leaf-blower.
  13. Take the stairs every chance you get.
